- Through put with 8 sec cycle time: 7 lac pieces per day or 29000 pieces per hour or 500 pieces per min of product and 125 pieces of runner shall be separated.
- Foot print of machine: 1m Long X 0.6 m wide X 1.5m adjustable height up to 1 m.
- Dripper outlet: Below the machine and runner at outlet of drum.
- Material of Construction of contact parts: Stainless steel / Plastic.
- Frame: Mild steel Powder coated with adjustable angle for drum 0-20 deg.
- Drive: AC Geared motor ( Bonfigloli) with friction drive. RPM – 20 RPM.
- Top hood: Acrylic/ PC formed cover.
